Service Awards
Employees are valued for their hard work and the service they provide to the company. They are recognized with a monetary and gift selection award program.
We appreciate the dedication that comes with years of service to Werner Enterprises. In return for our employee's dedication, we will award the following:
- After five(5) years of continuous service you will receive $250.00 and a selection from a grouping of service awards.
- After ten(10) years of continuous service you will receive $500.00 and a selection from a grouping of service awards.
- After fifteen(15) years of continuous service you will receive $750.00 and a selection from a grouping of service awards.
- After twenty(20) years of continuous service you will receive $1,000.00 and a selection from a grouping of service awards.
- After twenty-five(25) years of continuous service you will receive $1,250.00 and a selection from a grouping of service awards.
